Dr. Rosie Gearey

Dr. Rosie Gearey is an interdisciplinary researcher with experience in research impact, public and policy engagement and applied methods training. She works as a Research and Training Officer at the Institute for Methods Innovation. She assists in training delivery with research impact planning, theory of change, participatory engagement methods and responsible research practice.

Dr Gearey is a Research and Training Officer at the Institute for Methods Innovation. She holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Warwick and contributes to work on evidence-based approaches to research impact, with a focus on participatory methods and theory of change.

Her work supports researchers and project teams to plan, deliver and evaluate engagement and impact activities in ways that are practical, proportionate and methodologically grounded.
