How do we pay?
Choose invoice or purchase order at checkout, or pay by card. The invoice carries your PO reference. Seats join your reserve when the payment clears, and your lead can allocate them straight away.
What does a seat cost?
Every seat is the standard masterclass rate shown above, and an active institutional offer lowers it for every seat in the purchase. Your dashboard always shows the current rate.
Who can use the seats?
Anyone your lead invites to the team. An allocated researcher books any scheduled masterclass, and can move the booking before the session starts.
What if plans change?
Seats stay in your reserve until your lead allocates them, and a seat that has not been used for a booking can be pulled back and given to someone else.
