Cancellation Policy

Course bookings must be made at least 12 days in advance, with full payment required no later than 7 days before the session. Clients can reschedule online up to 7 days before the session; any changes within this period require FTI approval. Cancellations cannot be made online and must be arranged through the FTI support team. A £50 cancellation fee applies plus any third-party fees, which will be deducted from any fees already paid.
