Visibility to uptake: Practical strategies to increase reach, access, and influence
Guest speakerProf. Hamed TaherdoostProfessor, University Canada WestPractical, experience-based approaches to lead genuinely transformational change.
Many impacts are incremental, and few promises of transformational change actually happen in reality. This webinar will give you new ways of thinking and practical, experience-based approaches to lead and support genuinely transformational change. Starting from the inside out, it considers how to build future consciousness, discusses common patterns of transformation, and considers how to sustain transformational intent in the face of opposition, while developing the capabilities, leadership practices, and people support needed when current ways of working no longer deliver results.
